ok lang..kasi marami pa ring tanong na di nasagot.. gaya ng hacienda luisita issue.. it's actually more of a propaganda posturing.. maraming statements na napakagandang pakingan..pero in essence walang substance.

i am not a fan or anti noy-noy
my rating for the SONA is 6 out of 10... good start for a first timer.

although halos 85% nung speech ay tungkol sa last administration and walang concrete solution sa mga issues gaya ng RH bill, Agriculture/ Agrarian Reform, energy, water, education and health... which for me are the most important issues na dapat tutukan.

lets see kung may mararamdaman tayong pagbabago in the next six months... and take note daming klseng pagbabago (worse / better).

i'm also not an anti noy.. good start..but everything remains to be seen..

I coied these lines from bulatlat.com.. I believe these observations are valid.. We'll the  hardest part - let's wait and see..

No mention of land reform, no promise of any wage hike, no hint that the budget for education and basic social services will be increased, no reference to the reality that debt servicing eats into the national budget more than the corruption at the MWSS or Napocor or NFA, and no acknowledgment of the fact that the cease-fire precondition for the resumption of the peace talks with the Communists is the same precondition that bogged down previous negotiations.
